Rosewood is part of Willow Glen Care Center's programs which operate 24-hour residential care facilities for adults and the elderly with severe and persistent mental health conditions. The facilities are licensed by the Community Care Licensing Division of the California Department of Social Services. The Center specializes in serving people with difficult behavioral problems, monitoring psychotropic medications, and providing a safe and supportive environment to help residents achieve their highest level of independent functioning. Willow Glen Care Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation located in Northern California.

Program Features

Redwood Creek's Services

Rosewood is a 40-bed Adult Residential Facility Program within Willow Glen Care Center specializing in serving dependent adults with Chronic Mental Illness. The goal of the program is to continue to stabilize the client and provide them with appropriate coping and life skills to ensure they have the tools they need to be productive and successful in the least restrictive environment they can maintain, preferably back in their host county. Rosewood also offers a summer outing program where clients are taken out into the community for community reintegration. Some of the locations we visit consist of the local swimming pool, picnics in the park, outings to Sacramento and surrounding cities, and our most popular outing, camping in Dobbins, CA.
